Job Description
Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages as needed.
Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for staff.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, maintain office supplies.

Monitor and manage building access and follow security protocols.
