POSITION: Preschool Teacher (age category 2 – 3 year old)
ROLE: To effectively and efficiently execute the academic functions at school.
REPORTING: The Professional will report directly to the Manager / Director
Qualifications: B. Ed. / ECE / DECE / Diploma in Montessori (atleast one of these qualifications is mandatory)
Experience: 1 – 2 years’ experience in teaching mandatory
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and implement the day to day creative activities suitable for the age category
- Observe and attend to each child’s individual educational and developmental needs.
- Encourage student’s physical, mental, behavioural, and social development
- Effectively coordinate with the co-teacher to ensure smooth classroom functioning
- Able to involve students actively in daily learning and activities
Mandatory Skills
- Excellent command over the English language
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Amicable personality and a love for children
- Absolute belief and support of KK values
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
Remuneration: To be negotiated depending on skills and experience.
