Vision and Mission: Shape and effectively communicate the brand’s vision and mission.
Go-to-Market Strategies: Translate brand elements into actionable plans and go-to-market strategies.
Team Management: Manage a team of marketing professionals working on brand initiatives.
Creative Leadership: Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to take action.
Performance Metrics: Establish performance specifications, cost parameters, market applications, and sales estimates.
Campaign Evaluation: Measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns, assessing ROI and KPIs.
Market Monitoring: Stay informed about market trends, research consumer markets, and track competitors’ activities.
Distribution Oversight: Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.
Growth Strategies: Devise innovative growth strategies for the brand.
Requirements and Skills:
Experience: Proven working experience as a Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager in FMCG Industry.
Strategy Development: Ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives.
Audience Insight: Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
Marketing Mix: Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills combined with a creative approach.
