Job Description

  • Manage the Chairman's calendar and schedule appointments, ensuring all meetings and events are organized and well-prepared for.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming calls and emails, addressing urgent matters promptly and forwarding relevant information to the Chairman.
  • Coordinate and arrange travel arrangements and accommodations for the Chairman, ensuring all details are taken care of.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the Chairman.
  • Attend meetings with the Chairman, taking minutes and preparing accurate and concise summaries for distribution.
  • Manage and maintain confidential files and records, ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
  • Coordinate and facilitate special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Chairman.
  • Research and compile background information and briefing materials for the Chairman, ensuring they are well-informed prior to meetings and events.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events and functions, managing logistics and ensuring a smooth and successful outcome.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining positive relationships and representing the Chairman professionally.
