We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Videographer to join our dynamic team. The Senior Videographer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of video production, from conceptualization to final editing. This role requires a high level of expertise in cinematography, camera operation, lighting, and sound. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team of videographers and editors.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and develop video concepts in collaboration with the creative team.
- Plan video shoots, including scriptwriting, shot lists, and storyboards.
- Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio devices.
- Direct and manage video shoots, ensuring high-quality footage and adherence to timelines.
- Edit and assemble raw footage into a polished final product.
- Color grade and add graphics or special effects to enhance video quality as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure videos meet project goals and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in video technology.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior videographers and production assistants.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Cinematography, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven work experience as a Senior Videographer or similar role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong leadership skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
