### Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The GRC Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that our organization adheres to all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices, while managing risks effectively and maintaining a robust compliance framework.
### Key Responsibilities
- **Governance:**
- Develop and implement corporate governance policies and procedures.
- Monitor compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to governance standards.
- **Risk Management:**
- Identify and assess potential risks to the organization.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies and processes.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of risk mitigation measures.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop risk profiles for various business units.
- **Compliance:**
- Ensure the organization complies with local, regional, and international regulations.
- Develop and maintain a compliance program, including training and awareness initiatives.
- Conduct compliance audits and investigations.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure timely submission of required reports.
### Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CRISC, CISM, CISSP, or equivalent are preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in GRC or a related field.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

- Experience with GRC software and tools.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and other relevant compliance frameworks.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
