**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled SAP FICA Consultant to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP S/4 HANA Finance FICO, particularly in FICA & Funds Management modules. You will play a crucial role in supporting and managing client engagements, providing technical expertise, and delivering high-quality solutions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Experience in at least 1 Support Project with S/4 HANA or S/4 Greenfield and Migration.
- Participate in and manage client engagement teams focused on SAP S/4 HANA Finance FICO, FICA & Funds Management support.
- Interact with customer teams to understand business requirements, pain points, and provide effective solutions.
- Provide technical expertise on Financial Reporting using S/4 HANA.
- Independently manage multiple initiatives, ensuring all responsibilities are followed through.
- Lead clients from requirement gathering to solution delivery, ensuring high-quality results.
- Consult and advise customers on FICA, FICO & FM Business Processes, assisting in decision-making processes.
- Conduct process trainings and documentation sessions for clients.
- Oversee SAP FI/CO & FM design, development, integration, reporting, and daily ticket support activities.
- Share product and functional knowledge actively within the team.
- Guide customers towards desired outcomes through a deep understanding of business processes in the context of Analytics.
**Required Skills and Competencies:**
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 16 years of education.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent core consulting skills including oral and written communication, organization, planning, and client-facing abilities.
