- Experience in creating SAC reports/Stories and planning solutions
- Experience in designing/implementing data models
- Good understanding of SAP data structures, forecasting, and analytical applications
- 1+ years experience in solutions integrated with SAP BW
- Knowledge of SAC predictive capabilities and augmented analytics

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
**SAC:**
1. 5-6 years of experience in SAC reports, stories, and planning (compulsory)
2. Experience in HR analytics data
3. Creating Models HR Analytic & Planning Models using both Import & Live Data Connection
4. Creating Calculated Measures, Restricted, Aggregated Measures
5. Creating Stories Responsive/Canvas
6. Experience with advanced planning functions like Data Actions, Allocations
7. Creating Reports & Stories SuccessFactors PA
8. Implementation and documentation in PA (People Analytics) and SAC
9. Application testing and enablement in PA and SAC
**SAP BW/HANA:**
1. Hands-on work in SAP BW/HANA modeling and reporting
2. Knowledge of integrating SAP BW system with other systems, mainly SAC
3. Experience in SAP BW/ABAP
