Job Description

  • Windows server administration and troubleshooting & Windows server patch lifecycle management.
  • Install, Configure, upgrade, and rebuild Windows servers (2016/2019/2022) by following organization's security compliance and best practices.
  • Server security hardening and OS upgrades, Windows server patch deployment and management using SCCM.
  • Provide immediate support for operating system related issues, investigate, and troubleshoot issues until resolution.
  • Repair and recover from Operating system and hardware failures. Coordinate and communicate with Vendors and various stake holders.
  • VMware Virtual machine template deployment & management, VMware virtual machine management
  • Perform daily system monitoring, Windows server related tasks, server resource utilization, performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Perform regular security monitoring, windows server related vulnerability management and mitigation.
  • Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.
  • Maintain inventory and asset configuration documentation.
