Job Description

  • Coordinate and manage the fleet operations, including scheduling and dispatching vehicles and drivers.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to fleet management.
  • Monitor and track fleet performance, including fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and repairs.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle and driver information, including licenses, insurance, and registration.
  • Develop and implement efficient strategies for fleet utilization and optimization.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
  • Provide guidance and support to drivers, including training and addressing performance issues.
  • Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and adherence to maintenance standards.
  • Analyze and report on fleet performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in fleet management to continuously improve operations.
  • Receiving the booking from Call Center/Clients and to arrange the replacement vehicles.
  • Ensure the replacement vehicles are well maintained /clean and ready for delivery.
  • Ensure the replacement Transaction are updated in system on time.
  • Fuel Card Transaction management.
  • Inspect and maintain rental vehicles, assist customers with navigation and roadside assistance, and provide general customer service and support.
  • Must also be able to ensure the safety of the vehicles and keep accurate records of the transactions.
  • Ensures increase in customer satisfaction through prompt execution of tasks at hand.
  • Ensures all pending matters related to vehicle documentation is resolved and relevant records are completed as per the agreed guideline.
  • Renews relevant expired registration(s), insurance(s), and security passes(s) of vehicles to customers and accurately records all relevant documents in the common drive.
