Coordinate and manage the fleet operations, including scheduling and dispatching vehicles and drivers.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to fleet management.
Monitor and track fleet performance, including fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and repairs.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle and driver information, including licenses, insurance, and registration.
Develop and implement efficient strategies for fleet utilization and optimization.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
Provide guidance and support to drivers, including training and addressing performance issues.
Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and adherence to maintenance standards.
Analyze and report on fleet performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in fleet management to continuously improve operations.
Receiving the booking from Call Center/Clients and to arrange the replacement vehicles.
Ensure the replacement vehicles are well maintained /clean and ready for delivery.
Ensure the replacement Transaction are updated in system on time.
Fuel Card Transaction management.
Inspect and maintain rental vehicles, assist customers with navigation and roadside assistance, and provide general customer service and support.
Must also be able to ensure the safety of the vehicles and keep accurate records of the transactions.
Ensures increase in customer satisfaction through prompt execution of tasks at hand.
Ensures all pending matters related to vehicle documentation is resolved and relevant records are completed as per the agreed guideline.
Renews relevant expired registration(s), insurance(s), and security passes(s) of vehicles to customers and accurately records all relevant documents in the common drive.
