Key responsibilities include supervising construction activities, reviewing design proposals, managing site staff, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and liaising with clients, contractors, and governmental organizations. Strong communication, project management skills, and certifications in PMP, Primavera, and MS Office are essential.
