Job Description

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies to meet company objectives.
  • Create engaging content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, PPC, and social media advertising.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
  • Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
  • Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Manage office operations, including filing, record-keeping, and data entry.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage calendars for senior staff.
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them to appropriate personnel.
  • Support HR functions, such as onboarding new employees and organizing company events.
