PURPOSE: Ensure a seamless and exceptional experience for customers during the vehicle handover process, from finalizing paperwork to delivering thorough vehicle demonstrations.


Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers warmly when they arrive to collect their new vehicle, fostering a positive connection with the brand.
  • Ensure vehicles are prepped and ready for handover as per the scheduled timeline.
  • Conduct vehicle handovers in line with company policy, guiding customers through the features and functionalities of their new vehicle, providing in-depth demonstrations, and answering any questions to ensure they fully understand its operation.
  • Prepare and have all necessary documentation ready at the time of handover.
  • Address any issues by coordinating with the relevant department and informing sales staff of potential delays.
  • Collect customer feedback on the handover process and report any issues to the appropriate manager.
  • Work closely with the workshop to perform thorough pre-delivery inspections, ensuring vehicles meet quality standards and addressing any concerns proactively.
  • Expedite customer deliveries to meet sales targets in both financial and volume aspects.
  • Schedule handover dates once payment is received and all required documents are in order.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy handover office.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Showroom Supervisor or Sales Manager.
