  5. Renewal notifications
  6. Credit decline reports
  7. Methods of Payment change/update
  8. Premium allocations
  9. Premium Change
  10. Holidays and Decrease
  11. Beneficiary Nominations
  12. Transfer of policy ownership
  13. Surrender, Partial withdrawals & Maturity
  14. Reinstatements
  15. Online portal access support
  16. Valuations
  17. Quotes
  18. Handling emails and phone calls related to the above
  • Liaise with the providers and follow up on open requests
  • Working with internal teams for AML clearance and new/transferred clients onboarding
  • Supporting team members in day-to-day activities
