Salary: Commission-based -first three months is probationary period with a base salary

Job Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Actively seek out new clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Property Sales/Rentals: Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on real estate market trends and conduct comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.
- Negotiation: Negotiate on behalf of clients to reach favorable agreements.
- Documentation: Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.) and ensure all documents are complete and accurate.
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction throughout the buying/selling process.
- Networking: Build and maintain relationships with clients, fellow agents, and industry professionals.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of real estate market in Ajman and the UAE.
- Valid UAE driving license and own transportation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
