You as an Enterprise Software Sales Manager will be part of Advantal Technologies Pvt. Ltd. based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. the most complete digital portfolio in the industry, offering our customers end-to-end solutions. General Sales & Marketing work focuses on a combination of general sales and marketing work including:

Responsibilities

  • Performing sales activities for an assigned geographic area and/or accounts to achieve or exceed assigned revenue objectives.
  • Meeting new account sales quotas for products and services by closing recognizable contracts.
  • Developing sales plans, strategies, and final presentations designed to enhance revenue growth and meet customer needs.
  • Traveling throughout assigned territory to call on existing and prospective customers to identify opportunities and solicit orders.
  • Analyzing customers’ needs and recommending solution that best meets the customers’ requirements.
  • Maintaining regular contact with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Remaining knowledgeable of the organization’s products/services to facilitate sales efforts.
  • Compiling lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads based on information publications, business directories, Advantal Technologies Enterprise Software ads, trade shows, Web sites, and other sources.
  • Assisting in proposal generation, tender responses, and contract expansion & renewals.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction and maximizing revenue opportunities within the assigned account base.
  • Prompting follows up marketing leads and other customer-based actions.
  • Entering new customer data and other sales data for current customers into the Salesforce.com database.
  • Coordinating consulting services for addressing client issues and concerns during and post-implementation.
  • Investigating and resolving customer problems with deliveries.
  • Participating as Hitachi Energy Enterprise Software representative at trade shows.
  • Other duties may be assigned to support the organization and its goals.
  • Ensuring safe working procedures and practices are followed at all times including the wearing and maintenance of assigned Personal Protective Equipment; attendance at required health, safety, and environment training; reporting injury, incidents, hazards, and near-miss events. Model safe work behaviors in all aspects of work and actively identify hazards and risk controls.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ Years of Experience in Software Sales.
  • The role will require assisting management in devising direct sales plans and strategies and developing/managing a channel initiative in alignment with our global strategy.
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
  • Looking for Saudi Arabia citizens only.
