Salary: AED 7,000 - AED 10,000 per month
Commission: 30% - 50% on sales

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and drive our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a team of 4-5 sales agents, with at least 2 years of managerial experience in the real estate industry. If you have a team of agents who would like to join, you are welcome to bring them along.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 4-5 real estate sales agents.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve team targets and company goals.
- Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment to maximize team productivity.
- Oversee client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
