Full job description

We are seeking for a great talent who will help our company to expand recruitment business in Qatar.

Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential clients who are ready to sign an agreement with a staffing agency.
Develop and maintain client relationships in different expertise fields.
Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with them
Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
Conduct ongoing market research
Work with the pricing department to create rate proposals
Drive the end-to-end sales process
Provide the potential clients an agreement.
