· Supporting the Vetting Manager and other members of company and vessels.
· Implementing new OCIMF SIRE Regime 2.0 for Montec Fleet vessels, uploading of data, and continuously monitoring and updating in the SIRE webpage
· Actively assisting the Vetting Manager for planning, coordinating, and supporting of all SIRE matters and daily activities, maintaining up to date vetting records in the relevant databases
· Assisting in organizing and monitoring all vetting inspections of the vessels in a timely manner in close cooperation with the Vetting Manager and Operation Departments
· Assisting in ensuring that marine quality, safety, and security activities of the company fleet are always in full compliance with Company standards
· Conducting reviews of reports and identify areas for improvement (Statistics)
· Assisting in continuously updating the TMSA, review and modify procedures to improve safety management system
· Participating in developing a crewing training matrix for continue improvement of our ship staff, liaise with management for office staff and seafarers training requirements and standards
· Managing any other HSE matters under the guidance of HSEQ Team
· Communicating in a friendly, helpful, and non-prejudicial manner in your dealings with staff, crew, clients and / or customers as you will be regarded as a representative of your department as well as the Company, and you should behave accordingly. Matters regarding Accident, Near Miss, finding reports & Medical reports are confidential and must not be discussed except in the course of your duties.
· Taking an active part in the Safety, Environmental, Health and Quality culture within the company.
· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the navigation and vetting manager.
