Position: Pattern Master/Cutter

Responsibilities:

• Develop patterns for new garment designs.
• Accurately cut fabric pieces based on patterns.
• Adjust patterns to fit different sizes and styles.
• Collaborate with designers and tailors to ensure designs are executed correctly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Pattern Master/Cutter.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction and pattern-making.
• Attention to detail and precision in cutting.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Excellent time management skills.

Position: Tailor

Responsibilities:

• Sew and assemble garments based on patterns and designs.
• Perform alterations and repairs on existing garments.
• Ensure the quality of finished products meets company standards.
• Work with a variety of fabrics and materials.
• Maintain sewing machines and other equipment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Tailor.
• Strong sewing skills and knowledge of garment construction.
• Attention to detail and precision in sewing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills.
