Position: Pattern Master/Cutter
Responsibilities:
- Develop patterns for new garment designs.
- Accurately cut fabric pieces based on patterns.
- Adjust patterns to fit different sizes and styles.
- Collaborate with designers and tailors to ensure designs are executed correctly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pattern Master/Cutter.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction and pattern-making.
- Attention to detail and precision in cutting.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Excellent time management skills.
Position: Tailor
Responsibilities:
- Sew and assemble garments based on patterns and designs.
- Perform alterations and repairs on existing garments.
- Ensure the quality of finished products meets company standards.
- Work with a variety of fabrics and materials.
- Maintain sewing machines and other equipment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tailor.
- Strong sewing skills and knowledge of garment construction.
- Attention to detail and precision in sewing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills.
