Job Description


•Ensure steady flow of production activities for all the lines to produce the right product, in the right quality, quantity and at the right time.

•Labour resourcing an absence management, Ensure optimal machine utilization.

•Utilize the staff and equipment in a manner which will not jeopardize safety or quality (compliance with SHEQ set parameters)

•General housekeeping and continual improvement activities.

•Initiate, recommend, Investigate, troubleshoot, and provide solutions and actions to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities relating to the product, process, and quality. relocating tasks or rescheduling productions where necessary.

•Develop and recommend improvements of facilities, equipment, or procedures to improve safety, quality, and efficiency,

•Overseas sanitation of facilities and ground as plant sanitarian, supervises & trains sanitation staff in frequency, and method of cleaning

•Audit GMP practices, recommend and implement action plans to correct deviations noted during work.

•Control the movement of raw material and the finished goods at the shop floor.

•Any other assigned duties
