Candidate must have at least 7+ Years of experience in Recruitment or Manpower providing recruitment agency, someone who has prior experience in Saudi Arabia's recruitment agency Side,

Location - Riyad KSA
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles in recruitment and outsourcing.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in recruitment and outsourcing.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients,
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
- Monitor and report on business development activities.
Key Skills - - Strong understanding of recruitment and outsourcing processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Graduate or Post Graduate in Any stream, (Preferred in Degree in HR but not mandatory)
- Arabic Speaker is Desirable but not mandatory
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and ATS
