Job Title - Key Accounts Manager

Reporting to Head of Key Accounts

Role Purpose

This role is responsible for retaining and growing current customer revenue streams by nurturing
customer relationships and inter-dependencies. The Key Accounts Manager will ensure that
trust is built with allocated key customers to generate KEEP and GROW potential (upselling and
cross-selling) across all service lines. Works closely with Head of Key Accounts to safeguard
customer satisfaction and timely and effective problem resolution. This role requires a
proactive relationship manager, able to build customer trust and understanding to optimise
account management and sales potential.

Key Responsibilities

Adhere to the sales and commercial policies and procedures.

Track market trends through active use of social media and customer intelligence. Use
this understanding to drive customer loyalty and account growth across the UAE.
Research clients via LinkedIn, newsfeeds and CRM to identify and pursue account
opportunities (cross-sell or upsell), including tenders.

Create customer mapping (Key Account Management plans) and a ‘retain and grow’

strategy for each account.

Build and maintain a strong personal pipeline and coordinate the targeting strategy

necessary to maintain your pipeline health.

Plan account management activities (customer facing and online) to maximise

productivity and account growth potential.

Achieve high conversion rates (>30%) against opportunities for growth ensuring that

profit targets are applied in accordance with policy.

Proactively track contract status and apply pre-emptive measures to ensure that

accounts are retained.

Meet or exceed your KEEP and GROW targets. Meet monthly performance targets

(financial and MSCs) as agreed with the Head of Key Accounts.

Support the compilation and submission of KAM team reports as directed.

Requirements

English fluency

Accomplished computer skills
Microsoft Office expertise
UAE Driving license

(Must have own car/transport)
