Job Description

Role of the position is to Assist the Assistant Tax Administration Manager in:

· Reporting and certifying the accuracy, sufficiency and up-to-date maintenance of audit Tax records and documents and Tax Returns

· Preventing tax evasion, review and submit tax returns of all SAAE entities in compliance with UAE Tax Law and Regulations (VAT,CT,ESR and other applicable )

· Coordinating accounting staff and heads of SAAE entities and assess their performance with respect to maintaining accurate and up-to-date Tax records and compliance of UAE Tax Laws and Regulations

· Improving tax process by developing or implementing best practices and coordinating in house tax audits ( verification of audit documents and preparation of Tax returns & Reports )

· Provide support to SAAE entities on tax-related inquiries and offer guidance on tax issues to ensure informed decision-making.

Contribute to the development and execution of tax planning strategies that align with the organization's financial goals and regulatory obligations.

· Assist the Assistant Tax Administration Manager in delivering full and complete range of tax administration services (Mainly verification of audit documents and Tax returns & filing ) to all Salem Ahmad Al Moosa Enterprise (SAAE) entities fully in compliance with UAE Laws and Regulations

· Assist the Assistant Tax Administration Manager in reporting and certifying the accuracy, sufficiency and up-to-date maintenance of audit /accounting records & documents and Tax Returns

· Build relationship and interact with all SAAE entities

· Assist the Assistant Tax Administration Manager in preventing tax evasion, review and submit Tax returns of all SAAE entities in compliance with UAE Tax Law and Regulations

· Assist the Assistant Tax Administration Manager in identifying and mitigating all kinds of tax risks & managing tax provision and tax compliance process in all SAAE entities.

· Assist the Assistant Tax Administration Manager in coordinating accounting staff and heads of SAAE entities and assess their performance with respect to maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and documents and compliance of UAE Tax Laws and Regulations

· Assist the Assistant Tax Administration Manager in review, preparation of individual financial, its analytical analysis and consolidation of Group financials and determining individual & Group accounting income with adjustments.

· Assist the Assistant Tax Administration Manager in improving tax processes by developing or implementing best practices

· Assist the Assistant Tax Administration Manager in managing and coordinating in house tax audits ( verification & finalizing VAT & CT returns, monthly reports ) and financial audits ( review , reconciliation with books and its analysis )

· Assist the Assistant Tax Administration Manager in ensuring that all SAAE entities are maintaining accurate and up-to-date Tax records, its financial transactions & documents and timely completions of audit.

Any other responsibilities that Tax Administration Manager or Assistant Tax Administration Manager may assign from time to time in relation to tax and accounting related matters
