Job Summary: Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential, commercial, or industrial settings. The Electrician will ensure that all electrical work is performed according to local and national electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, circuits, and equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and electrical code specifications.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Test electrical systems and components using appropriate tools and instruments.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and codes.
- Collaborate with other trades and construction professionals to complete projects.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including inspections and repairs.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an electrician apprenticeship or vocational training preferred.
- Valid electrician's license or certification (as required by local regulations).
- Proven experience as an electrician with a strong understanding of electrical systems and components.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Proficiency in using electrical tools and testing equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Can communication and having customer service skills is an advantage.
- Physical ability to perform manual labour and work in various environmental conditions.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and tools.
- Comfort with working at heights or in confined spaces.
- Capable of standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.
Salary Package:
- QR 1,200 to QR 1,400 subject for negotiation based on Qualification and experience
