  • Provide accurate and detailed information to customers, guiding them through various options based on their preferences and requirements.

Problem Resolution:

  • Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate complex issues to the appropriate higher-ups when necessary.
  • Offer solutions and alternatives to resolve problems, aiming to exceed customer expectations.
  • Handle return, refund, and exchange of the purchased items

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with fellow associates and team members to create a positive and cohesive work environment.
  • Share insights and feedback from customer interactions to contribute to the improvement of customer service processes.

Store Operations:

  • Support in-store events, promotions, and sales initiatives to drive foot traffic and boost revenue.
