We have an open role for Position Title-Junior Mendix Developer with a well-established Group in Bahrain.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and maintenance of applications using the Mendix low-code platform. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those new to Mendix development to grow their skills and contribute to innovative projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Application Development: Assist in designing, developing, testing, and deploying Mendix applications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Maintenance and Support: Participate in the maintenance and support of existing Mendix applications, including troubleshooting and bug fixing.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for developed applications.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest features and best practices of the Mendix platform.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Familiarity with the Mendix platform is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to tasks.
