Looking for a Secretary who also knows social media handling.

  • Preparing and managing correspondence, reports and documents
  • Should know social media handling. Video Presentation and Photos Uploading in various social media platforms.
  • The candidate needs to be creative and aware on market trends and demands.
  • Create engaging content to promote brand awareness and drive engagement.
  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Google, and more.
  • Perform a variety of Executive support tasks that are highly confidential and sensitive.
  • Coordinate arrangements, meetings and/or conferences as assigned by the CEO/Managerial Staff.
  • Prepare confidential and sensitive documents and give briefing to the CEO.
  • Daily record keeping and filing of documents.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Taking, typing and distributing minutes of meetings
  • Maintain databases
