Job Description

  1. Represent the HR operations professionally and partner with departments to achieve the goals.
  2. Ensure the implementation of quality and efficiency in delivering the HR services with continues development
  3. Track employee separations to ensure timely repatriation.
  4. Maintain Human Resources Information System so as to provide accurate employee records that comply with all applicable general and local laws
  5. Conduct investigations and submit recommendations and support in the administration of the disciplinary process
  6. Handle employees' related queries, grievances on regular basis to ensure fairness and consistency in all HR related approaches
  7. Collaborate to solve the employee’s related issues.
  8. Prepare document and letters requests for Employees and other entities in Arabic & English
  9. Source, screen and arrange interviews of candidates for the vacant positions
  10. Follow up with the candidates for visa documentation and ensure deadlines for receipt of documents are met
  11. Maintain the Mobilization tracker and ensure data integrity is maintained at the highest standard
  12. Handle all general queries related to mobilization
  13. Recommend improvements to existing policies, procedures and systems, wherever appropriate
  14. Maintain and ensure adherence and compliance with all regulations, policies and procedures
  15. Develop a robust working relationship with other departments and all employees
  16. Any other business related to HR functions will be assigned based on the department requirement.
  17. Prepare and process EOS applications, and adjustment.
  18. Prepare and effect disciplinary actions; forward monthly DA record for payroll purpose.
