Must have at least 5 to 8 years of Experience working as a Recruiter in UAE specifically in Construction Company.
· Performs candidates search by thoroughly screening CVs to fill in vacancies through various recruitment resources (e.g. job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukrigulf, etc., referrals, walk-in applications, etc.
· Conducts telephone interviews to verify candidates’ information, experiences, and qualifications
· Performs (1) arranging interviews, (2) salary negotiations, and (3) gathering information and documents for the early stages of onboarding
· Performs ad hoc duties from the HR Manager and/or Management to complete particular tasks related to (1) performance management, (2) administration, and (3) labour recruitment.
QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor’s Degree Holder
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
