Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Muscat Oman. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in sales, a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Provide excellent customer service and support
Monitor market trends and competitors
Prepare and submit regular sales reports
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
2-3 years of sales experience in Oman
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
Knowledge of the local market in Oman
Fluency in Arabic and English
