Description Do you have clear experience handling Mission Critical Data Centers ? Our client are seeking a Senior Project Manager to work closely with a Major Middle Eastern client. You will be adding expert advice and input from feasibility to completion.
Can you pull on lessons learnt from prior Mega Watt Data Centers delivered ? Have you seen an edge when it comes to letting or work, testing and commissioning and handover stages ?
Client - Operating in 31 Countries
- Employ in excess of 3,000 staff
- Hold a real strength within the Data , Tech and life Sciences Arena
- You will report directly into the Associates Director that leads the region and has done for the past 12 Years
Role - Time will be spent between client offices, site and the PMC (Your employer)
- Managing teams inside the MENA region and outside the region
- Prior experience procuring contractors and 3rd party consultants
- Driving all parties towards handover in a collaborate approach
- Strong pre construction experience from feasibility through to construction (RIBA Stage 1 to Stage 4)
- Capable to operate on a strategic level to add real value to our client
- History of building high performing teams and able to be analytical , calm and professional at all times
- Looking to produce the best finished quality project you can accepting nothing but excellence
Before applying
- Bachelors Degree
- 10 Years experience in Data Centers & High Tech Projects
- Clear experience delivering Data Centers for either Main Contractors or Client Side Organizations
- Able to commence employment before the 1st of December absolute LATEST
- Client facing and possess strong communication skills but up and downstream
