Do you have clear experience handling Mission Critical Data Centers from bid to handover ?
Can you pull on previous Data Center Projects delivered in Europe or Asia to understand the risk and lessons learnt?
The Client - Global Main Contractor
- 40 Years success delivering £100 Million D&B projects across the Globe
- Reporting directly into the Area Director that has been with the business 21 Years
Reporting to the General Manager this project will be your sole focus. You will work with the client through design, program & risk. You must have a collaborate approach to work, a non-aggressive manner as this is a long term global client. You will be expected to nurture the relation and win further phases and projects off the back of this successful project.
Role - Managing site teams , client and parties inside and outside the UAE
- Prior experience delivering £60 Million + Data Centers as Project Manager / Project Director
- Driving all parties towards handover in a collaborate approach
- Strategic thinking capacity that can see risk & issues before they mothball
- 15 Years Post Grad Experience
- At Least 2 Projects delivered as no1 on site
- History of building high performing teams with great cultures
Before applying
- Bachelor's Degree – Civil Engineering or Construction Management (Needed for client approval)
- 5 Years experience in Data Centers & High Tech Projects
- Clear experience delivering Data Centers for Main Contractors
- Able to commence employment before the 1st of November
- Confident and client facing in a diplomatic approach
