Role Overview:
As the Director Sales - Healthcare eLearning at Medvarsity, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth through new client acquisition in the healthcare sector. You will be responsible for forging strategic partnerships with leading Pharma in Dubai, UAE, to deliver our cutting-edge eLearning solutions and sponsoring the Medical events and Medical conferences . This position offers a unique opportunity to lead and shape the future of healthcare education in the region while contributing to the global advancement of
medical knowledge.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify, prospect, and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in the
Pharma industry to expand our client base.
2. Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by effectively closing new
business deals and maximizing revenue opportunities.
3. Utilize market insights and industry trends to understand customer needs and
tailor solutions to address their specific challenges and requirements.
4. Engage with C-suite executives and decision-makers to position Medvarsity as
the preferred provider of healthcare eLearning solutions.
5. Collaborate closely with the product development team to gather customer
feedback, identify market gaps, and drive product enhancements.
6. Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve
collective goals and objectives.
