Job Description
Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
Assist with employee benefits administration, including enrollment and communication.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Assist with performance management processes, including conducting employee evaluations and providing feedback.
Coordinate employee training and development programs.
Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys or diversity and inclusion programs.
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality of employee records.
