Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
  • Assist with employee benefits administration, including enrollment and communication.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with performance management processes, including conducting employee evaluations and providing feedback.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys or diversity and inclusion programs.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality of employee records.
  • Manage and maintain HR databases and systems.
  • Provide general administrative support to the office, including answering phones, filing documents, and organizing office supplies.
