Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and train a team of automobile sales associates, technicians, and service advisors -
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve targets -
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing guidance and support as needed -
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the products and services offered, as well as industry trends and developments -
- Ensure that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally -
- Manage and oversee the inventory levels of automobiles and parts, implementing systems to maximize efficiency and minimize costs -
