Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and renting our short-term apartments, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring high occupancy rates. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Property Showings: Arrange and conduct property viewings for prospective clients, highlighting the key features and benefits of our apartments.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate rental terms and close deals effectively to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Handle inquiries and provide excellent customer service throughout the rental process.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the real estate or hospitality industry.
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
