Job Description:
Precon Engineering is seeking a skilled and experienced SCAFFOLDING FOREMAN to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience and must currently reside in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage scaffolding teams.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed.
- Coordinate with project managers and other trades.
- Inspect scaffolding structures for stability and safety.
- Maintain records of work performed and materials used.
Requirements:
- Experience in scaffolding and construction.
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and equipment.
- Good hand-eye coordination and balance.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Certification in scaffolding (preferred).
