Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience within the UAE market, demonstrating strong leadership skills and comprehensive knowledge of local employment laws and practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience of at least 8 years as HR manager or other HR executive positions.
  • People-oriented and results-driven.
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor law and employment practices.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field required.
  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience in the UAE market.
