Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience within the UAE market, demonstrating strong leadership skills and comprehensive knowledge of local employment laws and practices.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience of at least 8 years as HR manager or other HR executive positions.
- People-oriented and results-driven.
- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
- Knowledge of UAE labor law and employment practices.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field required.
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience in the UAE market.
