Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on property trends and pricing.
- Advise clients on the buying, selling, or renting process, including legal and financial aspects.
- Coordinate property viewings, negotiations, and transactions.
- Create and maintain property listings, ensuring accurate and compelling descriptions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the real estate transaction.
- Actively prospect for new clients through various channels.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and local real estate regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role in Dubai
- Strong knowledge of Dubai's property market trends, neighborhoods, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
