Job Summary:
The Office Assistant cum Housekeeping Staff will play a dual role, providing essential administrative support and maintaining cleanliness and order within the office environment. This position requires a proactive individual who will be able to communicate in English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the cleanliness of the Chairman, MD, and GM's offices, making sure all necessary items (such as bottled water and newspapers) are available upon their arrival while maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Prepare beverages and refreshments for all staff, guests, and visitors, ensuring that the Chairman, MD, and GM receive their beverages upon arrival.
  • Wash and clean all utensils and preparation equipment required for the pantry area, adhering to industry standards for proper kitchen sanitation.
  • Assist with routine office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Distribute internal mail and packages.
  • Prepare and serve beverages (e.g., tea, coffee) for staff and visitors.
  • Assist in setting up meeting rooms for events or meetings.
  • Help with organizing and maintaining office supplies.
  • Ensure the office interior environment is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to the appropriate personnel.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
  • Basic understanding of office operations and housekeeping practices.
  • Good professional demeanor and able to communicate in English.
  • Reliable, punctual, and willing to take initiative.

Salary:
AED 1500/-
