We are looking for a highly capable real estate manager to ensure that our property and related finances are optimally managed. In this role, you will be responsible for negotiating rental agreements, purchasing supplies, and supervising staff members and groundskeepers.
As the CRM and Listings Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our CRM system and overseeing both primary and secondary listings across various platforms. You will lead a team of 15-20 professionals, ensuring the effective management of leads, listings, and reporting. Your role will be pivotal in driving our sales and marketing strategies, ensuring all listings are accurately registered, followed up, and processed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Managed and optimized both #HubSpot and #Salesforce #CRM systems for a team of 50+ sales and marketing professionals
* Developed and implemented processes to improve data accuracy and completeness, resulting in a 20% increase in #lead conversion rates
* Conducted regular #training sessions for team members on HubSpot and Salesforce, including best practices for data entry, #reporting, and automation
* Collaborated with the #marketing team to develop and implement email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and #lead capture forms in HubSpot
* Built and managed complex #workflows and #automation rules in HubSpot and Salesforce to streamline lead #nurturing and #sales processes
* Created custom #reports and #dashboards in CRM to provide #real-time visibility into sales performance and pipeline metrics
* Monitored and #tracked KPIs related to pipeline health, lead quality, and conversion rates, and presented findings to senior management on a regular basis
* Acted as the primary point of contact for any technical issues or questions related to HubSpot and Salesforce, and provided ongoing support to team members as needed.
