Role Description
We are seeking for fresh graduate Bahraini as a Legal Analyst Trainee at Braxtone Group. The Legal Analyst is critical role in supporting the Advisory and Consultancy Division and operation. Through meticulous research, effective management of information, and proactive compliance efforts, Legal Analysts play a key role in ensuring that contracts, MOU, any documentation review and business operations proceed smoothly and within the bounds of the law.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Legal Research and Analysis: To provide comprehensive legal research and in-depth analysis of regulatory requirements, Monitoring changes in legislation that affect our clients, advising on necessary actions to remain compliant, and developing internal compliance guidelines.
- Document Review and Management: To manage and review legal documents ensuring accuracy, compliance, and relevance to ongoing projects or business operations. And to assist by drafting preliminary legal documents, which may include contracts, briefs, MOU, and other legal communications.
- Regulatory Compliance: To help interpret all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. And draft internal policies and procedures where required. And to Keep abreast of legislative changes that might affect the organization and ensure compliance with existing and new statutory requirements.
- Support contract Negotiations: Provide analytical support for litigation and negotiations by preparing briefs, gathering documentary evidence, and coordinating with external legal counsel as needed.
- Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations for internal use, summarizing research findings, and outlining potential legal issues.
- Data Protection Law: support with the interpretation and implementation of data protection law.
Qualifications:
- Bahraini national
- Must have an active jobseeker file in Ministry of Labour
- Fresh graduate
- Bachelor’s degree in Commercial law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Excellent in English and Arabic verbal and written communication
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience as a Legal Analyst, Paralegal, or a similar role within a legal environment.
- Strong knowledge of legal research databases (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
