Job Description
Conduct full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates for a variety of positions.
Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and relationship building.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Utilize various recruitment platforms and tools to attract and engage qualified Arabic-speaking candidates.

Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for selected candidates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful placements.
