Job Description

  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates for a variety of positions.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for selected candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful placements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
