Job Overview:
The AV Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving the growth of our AV solutions. This role involves a deep understanding of the AV market, exceptional sales and business development skills, and the ability to develop and execute effective strategies. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in AV business development or sales, with a proven track record of achieving growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base and market presence in the AV industry.
· Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies to achieve company growth targets and objectives.
· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored AV solutions.
· Sales Presentations: Conduct persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our AV solutions.
· Proposal Development: Prepare detailed proposals, quotes, and contracts, ensuring they meet client requirements and company standards.
· Sales Process: Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales cycle.
· Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
· Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of AV solutions.
· Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
· Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports on sales and business development activities and performance.
Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
· Experience: 3-5 years of experience in AV business development or sales, or a similar role.
· Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
· Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with AV systems, including video conferencing, digital signage, audio systems, and control systems, is an advantage.
· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with clients and team members.
· Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions.
· Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with technical and project management teams.
· Certifications: Relevant industry certifications will be an added advantage.
· Others: UAE driving license is a plus. Willingness to handle administrative tasks as needed.
