Job Description:
LIST OF RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Estimate at Completion (EAC): Responsible for the planning and execution of the EAC process in KSA. Ensure process adherence and delivery of respective reports on time and with high quality.
- Cost Control: Ensure proper follow-up of all project-related costs along with transparent communication with involved stakeholders. Responsible for yearly calculation of hourly rates.
- Risk & Opportunity Management: Involvement in the Airbus Risk & Opportunity Management process in alignment with Airbus standards and in close collaboration with the Project team and the dedicated R&O manager.
- WBS Maintenance: Responsible for creation and maintenance of WBS elements in SAP according to the WBS released by the PMO. Open and close WBS elements in SAP as needed. Responsible for SAP planning creation and modification within the project lifecycle.
- Planning & Reporting: Prepare internal project reporting and corporate planning (OP/FC) / reporting, and present to all relevant stakeholders. Provide detailed analysis of key Project KPIs, including FCF and balance sheet variations.
- Intercompany Transactions Management: According to the tax optimization program, the candidate will follow and ensure application of the planned cost flow diagram. Ensure smooth and regular intercompany billing and reporting.
- Support Local / Group Audits: Ensure compliance with local and corporate reporting requirements. Support the quarterly external financial audit process in close alignment with external audit firms.
- Monthly Management Reporting
- Support the annual audit process and deliverables
- The candidate will report to the CFO / Head of Finance, KSA.
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
- Chartered Accountant (ACA, CIMA, CPA or ACCA) with at least 3 years of professional practice experience in a well-established firm
- At least 10 years of relevant project or commercial finance experience in the Middle East region, for instance, experience in contract negotiations or commercial discussions with customers, working knowledge of Project Management etc
- Expertise in budgeting, cost control, and revenue controlling, etc.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel; SAP ERP knowledge is preferable

- Managing complex and demanding situations with experience in the cultural environment of Saudi Arabia
- Presentable personality with excellent communication skills together with experience in the cultural environment of Saudi Arabia or other Arabic countries
- Ability to work in a team / organize and communicate / identify weaknesses and risk / evaluate objectively and constructively / work under pressure and to meet deadlines
- High level of integrity to work with highly confidential information
- Flexible / adaptable / enthusiastic / motivated / self-confident / team player
