Job Description


Our client is a multinational logistics company specializing in transportation and supply chain management solutions. With over 26 years of experience, they provide efficient and reliable logistics services to businesses worldwide. They are currently looking for a well experienced Sales Manager to be part of their dynamic team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Create and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals and expand market presence.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored logistics solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, lead generation, and converting leads into clients.
  • Track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with operations, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client needs.
  • Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that align with company objectives.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.

 For you to be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:

  • Should be a degree holder in any related field.
  • Should have at least 10 years of experience in sales within the logistics industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
  • Should possess strong knowledge and expertise in both Air and Sea Freight Logistics
  • Have a valid UAE driving license and owns a car (gasoline/SALIK and other transportation expenses will be on a reimbursement basis).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and client needs.
  • A customer-centric approach with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Office Location: Business Bay, Dubai

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, 6 days a week

Reporting to: General Manager
