Job Brief:

Shuraa is looking for a dynamic Business Setup Consultant. The ideal person should be an experienced and well-organized Sales & Business Development professional. The objective of the role is to win new clients for the company, providing premium consulting services and help the business move forward. The role entails a base salary plus exciting incentive structure and future growth prospects.


Job Responsibilities:

• Convert leads generated through an array of marketing platforms into realized business.

• Conduct meetings with potential clients to develop an understanding of their businesses and consult them through the entire process of setting up business in UAE.

• Fully understand the product offerings of Shuraa and local laws related to different business set up processes and be able to educate clients about the processes and requirements.

• Present recommendations to clients regarding the business opportunities and advantages of starting business in different zones in UAE.

• Carrying out research to understand the nature of business the client intends to start and its implications in different zones in UAE.

• Liaising with internal teams to keep the client informed on the progress and ensure proper communication.

• Prepare and present sales reports to the management.

• Ensure that accurate documentation is submitted in a timely manner.


Job Requirements:

• Should have a minimum of 1-year relevant work experience.

• Excellent sales acumen, experience in business development, must be a go-getter with a track record of generating business in a similar role.

• Proactive, confident and a quick-thinking professional.

• Presentable with excellent communication and negotiating skills.

• Should be able to develop and maintain good working relations with colleagues based on mutual respect, enthusiasm, involvement, and commitment.
