Job Description

Collaborate with the Head of Sales to develop and execute a Leisure Sales plan that aligns with the departmental and organizational objectives throughout the year


Develop and implement strategic plans to drive hotel room nights and revenue to exceed financial goals set by property and division


Develop collaborative relationships and synergy with all support departments such as Facilities, Food and Beverage, Security, Front Services, Front Office, F&B, and Executive Offices


Cultivate working partnerships with local tour and activity operators to increase the number of available activities for guests as well as integrate with the community


Create, execute and manage account contracts to include key business terms and conditions, marketing opportunities, and sales initiatives to maximize profitability and desired performance outcomes


Assist with the continued development of luxury high-end net-worth travel agency/guest sales and operations strategies that will encompass suites, villas products, and five-star VIP service


Collaborate with Finance to resolve all third-party account issues including, but not limited to, letter of credit issues, late or missing payments, no-shows, etc.


Perform other functions as needed
