An international company operating in Middle East with continued growth globally and diversified businesses in the middle east Region is looking for Supply Chain Excellence Expert to work for oil Refinery Project to be based in Suli, Kurdistan region.
The role will require someone who has a minimum 15 years experience in oil & gas energy sector.
The Supply Chain Excellence Expert is responsible for :
1.SAP Master Data Management:
- Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of SAP master data related to supply chain processes.
- Develop and implement data governance strategies to ensure data integrity and consistency.
2.Supply Chain Reporting and KPI Management:
- Design, analyze, and optimize supply chain reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational efficiency.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance supply chain performance.
3.SAP HANA and Ariba Implementation:
- Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP HANA and Ariba modules within the supply chain function.
- Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
4.Supplier Master Data and Supplier Management:
- Manage supplier master data within SAP systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct due diligence on new suppliers, maintain an approved vendor list, and evaluate supplier performance.
- Supplier on-boarding on Ariba
5.Due Diligence and Vendor Compliance:
- Conduct thorough due diligence processes on potential suppliers to assess risk and compliance.
- Maintain and update the approved vendor list based on compliance standards and organizational requirements.
6.Material Coding and Classification:
- Develop and maintain material coding structures for efficient inventory management.
- Classify materials based on attributes such as type, usage, and procurement requirements.
Ideal candidate: - Bachelor s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience. Preferred in energy industry.
- Proven experience in SAP master data management, supply chain reporting, and KPI analysis.
- Hands-on experience with SAP HANA and Ariba implementation and optimization.
- Strong understanding of supplier master data management and supplier relationship
management. * Knowledge of due diligence processes, vendor compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with material coding, classification schemes, and inventory control practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
